Returns/Exchanges
BabyQuiltsnStuff.com is committed to customer satisfaction and that is why we offer a full refund policy. We will accept items that are unworn and unwashed and in their original and unused condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date.  The items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and tags still attached otherwise it is not eligible for a return. Any items that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer and a refund will not be issued.  All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Return Authorization
Before returning an item please contact us for an authorization number by emailing us at customercare@babyquiltsnstuff.com . Include your name and order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.  Upon approval a return authorization number will be e-mailed to you with instructions on where to mail your return. We will not accept any items for refund that do not have a pre-approved authorization number. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.  A return can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks until we issue a refund.
